Mumbai Police Commisioner (Nasser) just announce that they have been completely wiped out Mafia raj and there are no under world Bhai's in Mumbai.Suriya (Mahesh Babu) just enter into the mumbai city that is the commercial capital in the country and want to be a Mafia Don. Suriya's friend Bhahmaji receives him and they went his friend house Dharavi. His friend tell him to find a job for survive but he want to be a Don. After few days he meets with a politician laalu (sayaji shinde) who was in little problem and he offers to help him.Then he forms a gang and be mocks as a cop. Meanwhile he fall in love with Chitra(Kajol Agarwal) Who is the daughter of the police commissioner.Day after day he open a company and be a rich man within few days
